So Laid Back Country China and Teeth are very happy to be playing a show together at San Fran on May 06.

So Laid Back Country China formed in 2013 when Michael Keane and Harriet Ferry partnered to find a voice for songs that didn’t work in the contexts of their previous projects. As the songs came together they added Kane Tippler on drums and James Bennett on bass. One year after the release of With Knees of Honey in Goodbye Canyon, the band have returned with Sin Cristales.

Teeth are an inter-generational supergroup playing easy listening noise. They comprise Lukasz Buda (The Phoenix Foundation), Tom Callwood (The Phoenix Foundation), David Long (Mutton Birds) and “legendary drummer” Anthony Donaldson. They are celebrating the release of their first self-titled album on Record Store Day, April 22. The album is being released by the in-house label of iconic music store Slow Boat Records.
