Into Orbit, Captain Sergeant Major and Opiate Sleeper

As part of a four-date tour and in their first appearance of 2018, Wellington atmospheric rock/metal duo Into Orbit will perform at Valhalla in Wellington on Friday 19 January.

2017 has been a productive year for the duo. Having released their second album Unearthing, signed to to Australian label Art as Catharsis and played main support for Alcest & Pallbearer, they have now completed recording for a third, yet unnamed album. This tour marks the beginning of the new album cycle and will be a chance to hear some of the new material.

Opiate Sleeper (a duo featuring Opium Eater members) will open the show with an array of confusing noises. Wellington experimental-rock veterans Captain Sergeant Major will be making a rare appearance as main support for the event.
