Nathan Haines Quartet

With a 7th album out on Sony Records just this December, multi-instrumentalist and producer Nathan Haines continues to re-invent and challenge the concepts of instrumental music.

Music for Cocktail Lovers is Nathans first foray as a solo producer.

The album has received praise from journalists and fans alike as one of Nathans finest. It has been the no 1. jazz download on I-Tunes for over 2 months and even managed to climb to no. 3 on the overall music chart!

With a back to basics approach, Nathan has formed a new band focusing on an instrumental sound featuring brother Joel on guitar, German born acoustic bassist Oliver Holland, Drummer Mickey Ututaonga, and synth & key-meister Kevin Field.

Nathan did several gigs with his UK based band around Europe in 2008, including supporting kiwi singer of the moment Ladyhawke & her band.
