Elbow Win Mercury Prize 2008

UK band Elbow have won this year's Nationwide Mercury Prize for their album 'The Seldom Seen Kid'.
The UK award, previously won by notable acts like Dizzee Rascal and Mercury Rev is a very prestigious prize to win
Guy Garvey and co released the album, their fourth, earlier this year to critical acclaim.
The five-piece received the award at London's Grosvenor House Hotel.
