Splendour In The Grass 2009 First Line Up Announcement

The first line-up is in and the rumours were true, Flamings Lips will headline this years Splendour In The Grass festival hosted, as it is every year, by Belongil Fields, Byron Bay on Australia's Gold Coast. The Flaming Lips made our day at the BDO 2004 and will no doubt do the same at Slendour.

Along with Flaming Lips are a host of big names including MGMT who have just sold out three consective nights at Auckland's Powerstation. If you missed out why not escape the depths of NZ winter for the sunny surrounds of Belongil Fields.
