Karen O Snakes Grammy Nomination After Miley Cyrus Is Disqualified
Friday, 11th December 2009 1:02PMWell she probably should have been nominated the whole time but in a lucky turn of fate Karen O has been nominated for a Grammy in the "Best Song Written for a Soundtrack" category for "All Is Love" off the Where The Wild Things Are soundtrack.
Her late entrance is thanks to the disqualification of Miley Cyrus whose song "The Climb" off the Hannah Montana movie was discovered to a) not have been written specifically for the movie and b) not even written by Miley herself but rather Jessi Alexander.
