PRESS RELEASE:

"Swallow Your Words" Music Festival @ Bethunes Gully
Presented by Radio One and Proxy Music

On Saturday, March the 6th, a very special musical event is going to take place in Bethunes Gully, a serene park full of pine trees up the top of Northeast Valley. Throughout the day, starting at noon, an exciting array of talented Dunedin acts will be performing.

They are: Heka, TFF, Mountaineater, The Aesthetics, Horsehead Nebula, Bastard Wisher, Sewage, OPC and the Communist Rainbow Relationship. A free compilation of the performers can be found at the Proxy Music website: www.proxymusic.org.

The music will continue through to the early evening, so be sure to bring a picnic for lunch or dinner - or perhaps afternoon tea. Frisbies and plastic cricket bats would neither go astray.

Getting to Bethunes is easy - just follow the main road up Northeast Valley (North Road) until you reach a major fork that has Norwood Street branching off to the left. Follow Norwood up the hill for 500 meters and you'll find the entrance to Bethunes on your left.

Presales are $15 or $10 with your Rad One Card, or just turn up on the day. See you there!
