Grinderman Accused of Plagiarism

Plagiarism or just a good example of that "great minds think a like" cliche? That's the question facing Grinderman and their fans this week after an unknown and now defunct Scottish band the Rising Signs accuses the band of plagiarism.
The song in question is "Palaces of Montezuma" from their new album Grinderman 2 which Frank Duffy from Rising Signs says resembles too closely his track "Grey Man". Nick Cave of course refutes the claim saying he wrote the song for his wife.
