Listen to The Strokes New Album, Angles, in it's Entirety
Tuesday, 15th March 2011 11:42AMAfter a long hiatus since First Impressions of Earth we have had an elongated build up to the forthcoming release from The Strokes, Angles. Well, the wait for another video clip or another single is over, as they have posted the album, in its entirety for stream on their website.
Recent revelations by guitarist Nick Valensi have heightened the interest in the album but not necessarily for the better. In an interview with Pitchfork Valensi described the recording process as "awful-- just awful. Working in a fractured way, not having a
singer there. I'd show up certain days and do guitar takes by myself,
