Tuesday, 7th February 2012 10:52AMForty years after it's near-release, Doug Jerebine's ill-fated LP produced under his young Jesse Harper moniker has finally been officially released. It was almost picked up by Atlantic Records in the late 60s but due to an unfortunate series of events remained unreleased till now. Titled 'is Jess Harper' it'll take you right back to those pioneering days of sonic exploration of which Mr. Hendrix was at the forefront.
