Listen: The Mars Volta - The Malkin Jewel

So on top of re-forming their old band, At the Drive In, for Coachella, Cedric Bixler-Zavala and Omar Rodríguez-López have announced they will release a new album as The Mars Volta sometime around the mid-year. Called Noctourniquet they have just dropped the first track and, called 'The Malkin Jewel' it's a cacophanous, all-over-the-place number. Have a listen below.
