Wellington's Black City Lights have a come along way since cautiously releasing their debut track 'Collapsing Horizon' last October. Starting as the bedroom project of Calum Robb, enlisting Julia Catherine Parr as a permanent member and now the duo have been signed to NY label Stars and Letters for the release of their debut EP Parallels.
