James Mercer officially returned to his project The Shins earlier this year by releasing fourth studio album, Port of Morrow. Mercer has just dropped the video for single 'The Rifle's Spiral' and it's a morose, animated affair. Directed by Jamie Caliri it reminds us of what would happen if the protagonist in The Nightmare Before Christmas fought for good, not evil.
