Rackets and Beach Pigs Announce Full Mango NZ Tour

Masters of the epic tours, Auckland trio Rackets are at it again this time taking Beach Pigs along for the ride. The two bands aim to play twice a day, every day for four weeks from May 17th and will visit towns and cities across the country.

The two leading bands of Auckland's 333 noisy pop scene Rackets and Beach Pigs are taking their CHAOTIC FULLY SICK RAUCOUS PARTY to the road.

a FULL MANGO NZ TOUR of both isles.. to Invercargill and (hopefully!!) back.

Beginning May 17 for 4 weeks they aim to play anywhere and everywhere. Every day 2 shows a day (at least!!).

Not all slots are filled yet...so if your house, hall or high school needs a shindig... they can bring it!! (yeahyar!!) they want to hear from you...

If you don't know them, Rackets are a three man instrument swapping "Bro-fi" garage punk pop combo.

Aptly named they deliver spikey anthemic songs of politics, love,betrayal... and the food pyramid. Self described "stoned mongrels making music for stoned mongrels" (not that they are exclusive!!)..

Rackets are uprooting the noise from their legendary inner-city practice space (..and drop-in centre and epic party venue) 333.. taking it to the nation. Ridiculously prolific and fiercely independent Rackets are touring their self-titled 3rd album (product of notorious 2011 Six Sick Singles video adventure) and a brand new 4-song ep "Could do better" on brand shiny new 7 inch vinyl!!!

Joining them will be fellow melodic noise popsters Beach Pigs.

They also have sparkling 7inch vinyl; a re-mix re-master re-release of their acclaimed debut ep out through Arch Hill Records..
