Die!Die!Die! Vinyl
Sunday, 1st January 2006 12:00PMThe second 12 out next week is the beefed up version of the debut
seven-track EP from Die! Die! Die! (CREC1217), truncated to six-tracks
to optimise sound for vinyl (CREV1217).
The band themselves are
currently taking a well-earned rest after two months of playing gigs in
Australia and the UK, recording their debut album in Chicago with Steve
Albini, mixing it down at Abbey Road in London and then returning to NZ
to complete support slots on all of Shihad's recent nationwide tour.
Both 12s have been pressed on high quality 160gm vinyl having been
mastered and manufactured at one of the world's foremost vinyl-pressing
facilities (I'd tell you which one but then I'd have to kill you).
