Anti-flag come to NZ
The Frontier Touring Company is pleased to confirm the return of punk
rock heroes Anti-Flag to Australia and New Zealand. Last here as part
of 2008's Big Day Out tour, Anti-Flag left fans wanting more, and more
is what they'll get come December. Anti-Flag will perform for fans in
Auckland, Melbourne, Adelaide, Perth, Brisbane, Gold Coast and Sydney.
Touring in support of their politically charged release The Bright Lights of America, Anti-Flag are in their finest form to date. Pushing themselves out of their comfort zone, The Bright Lights of America was recorded with the legendary Tony Visconti (Bowie, T.Rex, Morrissey) and saw the band take up timpani, piatti, glockenspiels and tubular bells to help perfect their record.
Media have gushed over the release, cementing it as one of the strongest, most thought-provoking releases of 08.
