Oh lordy, Cobra Khan has returned with a vengeance. You could have expected an album with a radio angle but instead Cobra Khan have totally re-invented themselves with a sound that could surely see them take on NZ but easily further ashore.

It comes across as big-industrial rock rather than metal; think Killing Joke, early Shihad and a nod to some of Sommerset’s rockier moments.

I reckon they’ve nailed it, and I pledge my allegiance.

Mean live act too, as witnessed at the Kings Arms on Fridays Halloween gig.
