When I saw a YouTube video of Jay Reatard playing this show in the US and fully sucker punching an annoying member of the audience, I was hooked.

A real band, not afraid to hurt their press image or take shit from anyone and this is what comes across most on their recordings; fun, fury, direct with simple large songs.

You couldn’t say their sound is 100% original but it’s important to kind of get down to the spirit of this group. They are very similar vein to No Age, Velvet Underground and the Libertines but a little more early ACDC.

This is a singles package and every tune is a worthwhile song. Good for summer me reckon.
