There's something I like about the Kooks.
I can't quite finger it but after Ooh La, I was charmed. The accent, the youthful approach.
This is album number 2 from the Brighton lads, with their first skyrocketing them to fame, and being invited to support the Rolling Stones on their recent tour. They have been tagged with being a 'Great British Band', one lined up against The Kinks, Oasis, Coldplay.
These are BIG claims but this is a pretty BIG album that should see the band stamp it's footprint into the musical history timeline.
