I liked The Music when they played BDO a few years back. I thought, could this be the British band to fill the void of the Stone Roses? Slightly psychedelic, with simple dance songs played by pale white boys?
This new album, Strength In Numbers, doesn’t stray far from where they left off, if only a little more polished and produced with quite controlled arrangements.
It’d be nice to see them delve back into the ‘free’ song but this is a sound they seem to be really comfortable in. Hmm kinda Electro rock?
But there is a song called DRUGS so there’s still a little how’s your father. Go Britain!
