Florida band Black Kids are being touted about as the next big band. With a brother sister team and a couple of hanger-ons, young, good looking they just might be.

The album starts out promising, but a little on the glossy side, a little too much wall of sound, but sits a little more comfortably further in with songs like “I’m Not Gonna Teach Your Boyfriend How to Dance”.

Hmm, drop the synths, stop trying to fill every gap with sound, change your name and members and just maybe the next big thing.
