With the advent of MUZAI Records first foray into releasing material on vinyl, the two bands in questions will embark on a Wellington only release show on July 24th.
god bows to math’s “I Write Witty Slogans on T-Shirts” and Cat Venom’s “Bats In The Belfry/Old Meat” will be released the same week, both vinyl have been processed by the legendary Peter King, who in the past has crafted discs for the likes of The Aesthetics, The Dead C and bootlegs from the likes of The Beastie Boys and The Misfits. “Geraldine vinyl” has become something of a collectors item also and at times audiophiles have viewed them as a “must have” for completing collections.
This will be an official 7” Release Show the celebrate the fact MUZAI has finally decided to use another format, however instead of sitting in their comfort zone of Auckland, the two bands will be heading southbound on July 24th and holding the show at Wellington’s Happy Bar.
