The quartet will play a programme of original compositions by Murray featuring some off their latest CD release Astral Surfers and some seldom-heard standards and jazz compositions specially arranged for CJC.
CJC Membership
By joining the Creative Jazz Club one is joining a proactive community of musicians and jazz fans (non-musicians) alike, who are committed to furthering the development of quality, improvised music in NZ. As a CJC member, one gets the chance to support and be a part of the community’s growth, and the opportunity to perform as part of its creative program.
Other Member benefits include a discounted entrance fee on the door and a loyalty program at One2One Cafe throughout the week, including a 30% discount on drinks and food on CJC club nights, and the chance to go into the draw for a weekly prize of new jazz CDs. When available, Members will also have the opportunity to win jazz concert tickets.
Membership is $40 a year. CJC is a non profit organisation and revenue goes back into CJC.
