...Call to Arms II - Open Art Battle
So heres the deal-
1) You get down to Medusa by 8pm on the night to register for the event. Its free to enter and is open to anyone and everyone 18+. We only have room for 16 artists so get down quicky. Registration will start at 7pm.
2) At 9pm the round-robin placings will be announced and you will have time to PSYCHE out your opponent if you choose.
3) At 9.30pm the event will begin with the first pair battling it out to live bands and beats. You will receive a topic picked from a hat and you must paint on that subject. Judges will then decide who the winner is and who will go through.
4) The final round will have a longer time limit and the winner of this round will be the recipient of the grand prize!
Further details:
*All artists will use spray paint for the art battle supplied by the venue. If you have never painted with spray paint before, IT DOESNT MATTER as your art will be mostly judged on creativity and content. This means that no matter what your skill level, you can enter and will have a great chance!
*Round times vary. Paint time for 1st round is 2 minutes, 2nd round is 4 minutes, final round 6 minutes.
Places are limited for the art event, so please turn up early. Our last one was an awesome success and a lot of fun!
