Raukatauri Gala Dinner

The Raukatauri Gala Dinner returns for 2011 – this year featuring a who’s who of the NZ Music scene under the musical direction of Karl Steven. The line up includes Tim Finn, Anika Moa, Don McGlashan, Karl Steven, Jason Kerrison, Hinewehi Mohi, Lawrence Arabia, Warren Maxwell (Little Bushmen/FFD), Te Awanui Reeder & Nesian Mystik members.

Enjoy an evening of music and fine dining, with live and silent auctions for priceless items spanning music, fashion, sports and much more. Bid on an adventure getaway in Queenstown, dinner with rugby legend Colin Meads or a longboard signed by legendary rock band Pearl Jam, just to name a few.

In its seventh year, the annual gala concert and auction is the major fundraising event for the Raukatauri Music Therapy Centre, which provides music therapy to children with special needs. It receives no government assistance but receives notable support from the New Zealand music industry – many of whom will be out in force at this stellar event.
