Richard Gilewitz is recognized in the international field as a compelling performer who composes and delivers a kaleidoscopic mixture of instrumental selections and as a veteran performer who entertains with a playing style laced with sounds of folk, traditional, blues, Americana, and classical while topping off songs with tales of the road. Consistently, Richard fascinates listeners with his 6 and 12-string finger gymnastics in a unique voice that includes the expanse of his influences. His use of banjo style picking patterns, classical arpeggios, tapping and harmonics, as well as a rhythmic and percussive approach, bring a fresh impression to the listener. This 2 hour concert is a must for your daily dose of laughter, inspiration, and fun.
