Help Off The Cuff and 5 amazing/generous bands celebrate and show their support for an institution that has given Dunedin 27 years of dedicated service. Also, come and support OTC who hopes to continue to spread local music as far and wide as the internet will allow (I only hope we won't be doing it alone).
