Katie’s songs are something else and so are those three-part harmonies - tinglesome, haunting and dark, thanks for the combination of those songs and the trio’s edgy, cabaret-informed style.
With their sibling harmonies and their stripped-back playing instrumentation,
Katie Scott and the Miss T’s might almost seem part of a local trend,
but there’s considerable style and substance here.
Katie looks and sings like a girl not to be messed with, while Bronwyn and Kayla wilfully distract you with those gorgeous voices.
Their five-song EP “That’s the Game’ is a straight-up knockout.
They’re already slightly famous for other things - Katie for singing the “Cos I Can” Milestone Homes ad song and Bronwyn as Kody, one of the stars of TV2’s hit show “Go Girls”.
