95bFM Presents Where Are You Sleeping Tonight - A Nirvana Tribute Show

To celebrate the twentieth anniversary of Nirvana’s iconic album Nevermind and the multi-format reissue of the album this September, 95bFM is putting together a night of Nirvana covers at the Kings Arms on Friday, Sept 23rd! Interpreting Nirvana’s classic catalogue are some of the best - and perhaps least expected - young bands that Auckland has to offer: SHERPA god bows to math $noregazZzm MEAN GIRLS X-RAY FIENDS NEVERNUDES As with past 95bFM tribute nights, expect the unexpected - each of these bands is sure to impart their own unique (read: unorthodox, weird, and totally unpredictable) spin on the Nirvana tracks we all know and love. The Nevermind 20th Anniversary Deluxe Edition is a full spectrum re-release and includes dozens of previously unreleased recordings, obscure B-sides, alternate mixes, radio sessions, studio rarities, live recordings, and - on the Super Deluxe Edition - Nevermind demo and rehearsal recordings. The Deluxe Editions are out Sept 26th via Universal Music New Zealand.
