Tealight Acoustics is a monthly showcase, presented by Luminaire Entertainment, showing off the acoustic talent that Christchurch has to offer.
Every six months we like to do something a little bit different. We like to get some of the finest acoustic artists Christchurch has to offer (which we do every month anyway), and we choose not to pay them (this is the part thats different).
Where does the money go I hear you ask... Well, the answer is simple. The money you pay at the door or via online ticketing goes to a local charity, and that charity uses it to help people in our own community.
This month we have partnered with Women's Refuge, a charity which provides education programmes, support services, information and safe housing to women, young people and children who are experiencing abuse.
