Uplifting and sunny with a fresh approach to original world folk music. Inspired by the music's of the world, Cuba, Africa, Europe and Latin America, Nice Verdes plays combinations of Cuban tres, piano accordion, harmonium, dolak, guitar, shruti box, stomp box and vocals.
Sally Miller and Jesse Hamilton have been performing together since 2003 and Nice Verdes have toured and performed over the last 8 years, continually honing their craft relentlessly both in Australia and Canada, having made many festival appearances including in Canada; Edge of the World Music Festival, Discovery Coast Music Festival, Arts Wells Arts Festival and in Australia; Nannup Music Festival, Nukara Music Festival, Illawarra Folk Festival, Vegan Festival, Summer of Love in the Adelaide Fringe Festival and The Basin Music Festival.
Nice Verdes released their first album ' Succulence' in 2008 and are in the midst of recording their newest full-length offering.
