Delighted to announce our musician guest this month is the multi-talented singer-songwriter and visual artist SAM RB.Sam has three albums, music in the soundtrack of the NZ film The Insatiable Moon and the NZ Olympic song Stand Tall to her name.

Inside.Out ( est. 2012 and going strong) is monthly the open mic spoken word event at Ponsonby's One2one Café. Excellent musician guests featured each time.
