Titirangi welcomes back one of its favourite daughters – Shona Laing – who is making a special and rare guest appearance to present songs of old and new. Everything from classics such as Glad I’m not a Kennedy and Soviet Snow to a song inspired by living in the Waitakeres. Take this opportunity to hear one of New Zealand’s most moving and original voices.
Also featuring The Magnets – a powerhouse of three exceptionally talented musicians – Ben Collier (GoldenHorse, The Nukes), his brother Tom Collier and multi-instrumentalist, Marcus Lawson (Lucid3, Dave Dobbyn). Together they deliver a set of originals drawing on blues and alt-country styles, they are an audience favourite. Superb local singer-songwriter, Charlotte Johansen, will also perform on the night.
