Music in Parks goes out with a bang and bassline in a new home at the tranquil Pt Erin Reserve in Westhaven. Bring a picnic and your friends – and get into it!
Catch local favourites Latinaotearoa. Brazilian-born Auckland DJ Bobby Brazuka and Venezuelan singer Jennifer Zea create a unique live performance with Latin-influenced soul-funk and hip-hop selections layered with ravishing vocals.
From Opononi to Queenstown, Rei’s live shows have been wowing audiences with seamless integration of dance music, hip-hop and te reo Māori elements, all combined with the group’s kapa haka-inspired dance.
D.MATTHEWS has his own brand of Afrobeat and Afropop. A Nigerian-born vocalist and songwriter, he blends traditional African elements with global mainstream pop for a sound that's heartfelt and fascinating.
Auckland-based artist Jason Parker is here, queer and confident this is his year. His newest single, the house-inspired How To Be Lonely, is making a big splash in New Zealand, debuting at #4 on the Hot NZ Charts.
