If you were at the August gig with Pixie Lane & MissB, you'll know that this night is one not to miss, as once again L16 of the beautiful SO/Auckland Hotel is darkened down and turned up for yet another solid evening of full throttle dancefloor goodness!
Harrison Jupe
From humble beginnings, these blokes know their way around a soirée. They have footed the bill for many of Auckland’s and New Zealand’s biggest events, landing a residency on GeorgeFM and now beginning to dip their toes overseas. They have penetrated house and disco scene with full noise, and look to grow as DJs for many years to come. Their sets are high energy, uplifting and arousing. Get around the HJ fellas.
Best Western
A purveyor of all things funky. With a penchant for disco, house, funk, and nu-disco, Bestwestern has become synonymous with his style of fun, funky house music sets.
With 20 years of playing parties throughout Auckland and an innate ability to read the crowd, he draws inspiration from the heydays of hip hop and funk, mixing together a tapestry of sounds that pay homage to the classics while infusing them with modern disco edits.
The name, Bestwestern, was adopted from his infamous west Auckland garage where he has been putting on parties over the last decade with some of Auckland’s finest DJs and producers.
There will be no dirty sheets or an empty mini bar, this Bestwestern won’t disappoint.
Executive Leisure
Resident Hi-Times host Murry Sweetpants is joined by long time Trusted Friend and man about town Nyntee, These two don't get to share sets often, so when they do, special things happen, with approx 118 years of friendship and 394+ years of DJing between them, you will hear the finest lost gems and freshly dug House, Disco, Boogie & Beats, squished into a 2 hr set that will be hard to forget!
