Originally formed from The Clear in late 80s Palmerston North, LUNG went on to tour the US and Europe, playing with the likes of Babes in Toyland and Nirvana.
Now with Zak White on drums and Beast Wars own James Woods on bass, Dave White is bringing that gorgeous full white-noise back up to Auckland for one night only.
TRAUMA PARTY will be blasting a cacophony of post-punk rebellion and catharsis, to warm your toes and fire up your heart. With legendary frontman Buddy Olsen, veteran guitarist Solomon Cole (Space Waltz, The Solomon Cole Band) long term punk underground drummer Kirsty Swanney (Glass Cell, Dog Tooth Violet) and bassist Ron Kramer. Opening for UK electro goth mainstays Attrition (UK) at the Tuning Fork last year, a wild time was had, and Trauma Party was born.
They will be joined by ex CANIS frontman Paul Blanchard and his one man post apocalyptic industrial show Vihil.
