Richter City Roller Derby - Double Header Bout

Roller derby returns to TSB Arena on Dec 3rd with all of its speed, strategy and smashing. This will be a double header event with two exciting bouts on the card, so whether you're a diehard derby fanatic or first time supporter, make sure you don't miss the action as Richter City Roller Derby take on travel teams from Christchurch and Hamilton.

The main event will feature Wellington's own Richter City All Stars facing off against the Dead End Derby All Stars from Christchurch in the 2nd bout of their home and away series. This comes just three weeks after the first ever match up between these prominent New Zealand leagues in Christchurch, and one of these teams will be looking to even the score. Both teams feature exciting, highly skilled skaters and both will be hungry for a big win over their friendly inter-island rivals. This one could be a thriller.

For the lively curtain raiser bout, Richter City's Convicts will go head to head against Raggedy Angst of the Hellmilton Roller Ghouls. They will have their hands full though, as Raggedy Angst are blazing down from Hamilton pumped up and ready for action in front of the hordes of boisterous Wellington fans.

So break out your purple and orange, make some noise and show these visiting teams how Wellington derby crowds are off the Richter scale. R-C-R-D, Richter City!!
