Wellington's Black Spider Trio recall the glory days of Jazz Manouche. Based in Te-Whanganui-a-Tara (Wellington), they have been honing their expert skills for over 10 years, playing their own brand of Gypsy Swing in the style of Django Reinhardt and Stéphane Grappelli. Beautifully haunting melodies accompanied by the swinging harmonies of the acoustic guitar with adventurous improvisations and dynamic rhythms! Let's fly back to the Hot Club of Paris!
