Come together, bredren & sistren! Reggae Republic is here to build a steady rhythm for reggae culture in Tāmaki, Auckland. This a reggae renaissance, celebrating roots, revival, and the irie essence of the music we love.
Featuring Dive Deep AKA Dave Guest (UK) and a special guest each month. The focus is on bringing you the finest selectors in Aotearoa keeping the music on point and the vibe high as always.
From the sweet heavy basslines of dub, reggae in Aotearoa has always been a powerful force of connection, community, and resistance. With deep roots in Jamaican culture and a thriving presence in New Zealand, reggae reminds us of the strength of oneness – “Out of many, one people.”
We’re committed to the continuation and distribution of reggae music, culture, and spirit. It’s a space where all are welcome to skank, chant, and feel the good vibrations, every single month.
