You may have sensed rumblings or felt the winds change over the past few months. You may have noticed a quiet stirring. Well ‘Wings of Desire’, Hemi Hemingway’s sophomore album, was released into the world on 20th February through PNKSLM Recordings - with the help of Secretly Canadian Distribution. And to celebrate, Hemi and his full band are coming back to Pōneke to make Meow the site of a sweaty, gothy album launch party on Saturday 18th April, before they jet off to the UK / Europe for a month of shows and showcases.
Performing songs from the new album, Hemi & the Snowflakes will be joined by local supports yet-to-be-announced to help with the celebrations.
