Silk Collective returns to Parked Up for another Sunday Dance Session, this time leaning into the deeper, moodier tones of autumn.
On April 12, we welcome Mexican artist Antaares for his debut Aotearoa performance. Known for his elegant fusion of downtempo and midtempo sounds, Antaares has become a strong reference in the global scene through his distinctive productions and powerful live sets. Expect slow, chunky grooves, playful basslines and a sound that sits somewhere between depth and ease.
With Parked Up’s covered dancefloor, we’ll be able to shape the space as we go: warm and intimate if needed, or open and sunlit if the weather allows. A versatile setting for a full journey from afternoon into night :-)
Supporting the journey are local favourites Manisah and Dylan C, guiding us through the opening and closing chapters of the dance.
