Kirikiriroa dream-folk duo joined by local collaborator Thomas Arbor.

Big Sigh is the dream-folk duo of Kirikiriroa’s Rachel Hope Peary and Nicholas Joseph Walsh (Deerpark) who are touring to celebrate the release of their debut EP, Tether (Sunreturn). The EP captures that first rush of creative momentum between the pair - a collection of the earliest songs born from a partnership that felt from the outset instinctive and inevitable. A beautiful blend of Intertwined harmonies, finger-picked acoustic guitar and the steady drone of harmonium.

Thomas Arbor is a multimedia composer, producer and audio engineer. In live performances he searches for sublime states, led by melody through lush, full-spectrum soundscapes of synth, samples and voice. Drawing on the organic complexity of nature using field recordings he sculpts them into evolving electronic forms grounded in deep harmonic resonance.
