Charisma Club is the Auckland-based songwriting and production project of Josh Stewart, blending floaty synths, wide basslines, warm guitars and dayglow-esque production into a nostalgic, feel-good sound.
His second EP, That Feeling, explores love, growing up, technology and the weirdness of early adulthood. Moving between euphoric synth-pop and more stripped-back, organic moments, the EP balances bright, melodic production with more personal and introspective songwriting.
With songs like Your Love and Better On Your Own, Charisma Club continues to evolve its sound while keeping the focus on honest songwriting, big melodies and making music that feels good to listen to.
