Returning for a rare performance as a three-piece, instrumental combo Salon Kingsadore have been conjuring up parallel-dimension surf-jazz and psychedelic yacht rock for well over a decade. The cinematic scenarios hinted at by the group’s freeform instant compositions play out against hypnotic textures and propulsive grooves, taking the listener on a journey into unknown worlds.
