Come join us this Saturday October 10th for what could be Auckland's biggest vinyl club night within the intimate surroundings of Pavement Bar.
Featuring this week at Take me Back is non other than Luke Da Spook who will be taking you back to the good times as he dusts off an old school set for you.
A familiar face in the music scene, Luke has come to represent both vision and progression for the New Zealand’s burgeoning music industry. Luke was the brain behind Red Bull Studios, creating an interactive platform that was able to accommodate a range of diverse projects and musicians.
Luke engineered, ran and developed Red Bull’s music program and studio, a brand that has since expanded globally and continues to assert its influence in both the local and international music scenes. In addition to producing HD film and radio content, Luke introduced the “Live Sessions”, which boasts the largest online archive of live digital music in New Zealand. This included live streaming and recording which was broadcast over student radio networks and then hosted digitally for broadband users nationwide. Red Bull Studio was twice voted “Best Red Bull Marketing Practice”, a testament to Luke’s passion and dedication.
Having hosted radio shows on George fm and Bfm along with being one of the countries most prolific event promoters and DJs over the last 20 years we are excited to have Luke grace the turntables at Pavement.
