Jim Wisp has a unique string-laden sound with equal parts folk, progressive and ambient rock; the music shifts from introspective and fragile, to cathartic and explosive. Poly-rhythms, instrumental interludes, delay-washed ambiance and lyrical stories are woven together to create a meaningful musical journey.
The lineup is Hedda Oosterhoff on Violin, Elinor Millar on cello, Kelly Ballard on Drums and James Mason on guitar/keys/vocals. This will be their last show together before the drummer leaves for Europe, so not one to miss!
The opening act will be the amazing Nikita & Tu-Bryant (Nikita the Spooky and her Circus of Men, Flite) and Charlie Davenport on Cello.
