QUIVERS (Hobart/Melbourne) make lyric-based guitar-pop sort of descended from 80s/90s jangle and earlier Americana/lost songwriter sounds. Touring NZ for the first time this Wellington show before Eyegum Music's Gathering in the Forest Festival is with features damn exciting Wellington acts: IDA LUNE -three part harmony, pastoral plucked string instrumentation (guitar, banjo and mandolin) and washed-out watercolour lyricism.
