New Zealand-born pop superstar Kimbra has announced a special intimate headline event at Wellingtons Caroline in celebration of her new EP Songs From Primal Heart Reimagined, a four track collection featuring new versions of tracks from this years third studio album Primal Heart re-arranged by Lars Horntveth of Jaga Jazzist. The Grammy-winning artists star hasnt dimmed since dominating the international charts with her anthemic collaboration with Gotye ‘Somebody That I Used To Know’ - Kimbra recently unveiled a collaboration with US rap icon Snoop Dogg and is touring Aotearoa in support of Talking Heads frontman David Byrne in November. Kimbra said of the upcoming Wellington show it is a special kind of show that I havent done before performing some of my songs in an entirely new way, incorporating upright bass and piano.
