Tom Scotts Years Gone By (FKA Young, Gifted & Broke) is teaming up with Red Bull once again to bring you a unique intergenerational musical showcase like no other to Wellington on SATURDAY MAY 18TH.
“I want these gigs to act as a bridge between generations,” Tom says. “I want to blur the spectrum and remind us all that relevance is relative.”
Featuring performances from psychedelic soul-singer Troy Kingi and his nephew Rawiri Webb, Mara TK and his pops, Kiwi psych-rock guitar hero Billy TK, Fat Freddy’s Drop trombonist Joe Lindsay and his techno/house DJ son Benny Salvador, and emerging rap talent Vayne with her cousin Fiveofive. Tom Scott will also be making a cameo on the 1s & 2s to cap off a unmissable show of talent old and new.
