The Spectre Collective is a newly formed psych group based in Wellington, New Zealand. Driven by warped time signatures and krautrock-infused rhythms, their sound is rife with anxiety and paranoia. Members from Mothers Dearest, Transistor, and Beatcomber/Church of Goya brew up a toxic mix of off-kilter Eastern melodies, mind-melting polyrhythms, and angular grooves.
